What We Will Do
- Prepare a comprehensive record about your property.
- Have your property professionally styled and photographed.
- Prepare the marketing copy write up for advertisement.
- Execute multi-site advertising through different channels for your property.
- Managing your guests and explain in detail their responsibilities and obligations.
- Process and secure all payment dues from your guests.
- Deposit the nett proceeds of your rental income into your designated bank account.
- Pay all property outgoings as agreed on your management contract.
- Undertake repairs and maintenance to your property in order to preserve the value of the property. We will provide you with copies of invoices for repairs done at your property, if requested.
- Use trades people who are properly licensed and insured.
- Review rental booking rates periodically in line with market trends to ensure you receive the highest rent possible.
