Property Acquisition Manager

Do you love looking at houses? Do you have an eye for style and functionality? Are you someone who doesn’t want to be desk-bound?

Then this is YOU. As our roaming Property Acquisition Manager, you will be required to travel locally and source for new properties within specified tourist areas. You will be a key contact person and representative of our company. You will be expected to set up meetings to connect with real estate companies and arrange to attend property viewings. You will be involved with contractual administration and processing. This is a position with high growth possibilities for the right candidates.

Requirements

  • You will need to be conversant in either English or Mandarin.
  • You are a native Japanese.
  • It will be to your advantage if you are an effective communicator as you will be liaising with government departments, real estate agents, and owners.
  • You also possess good telephone etiquette.
  • You are well-presented.

Scope

  • You will be working closely with the Director to identify suitable properties.
  • You will be making appointments with real estate agencies and establishing partnerships with them.
  • You will be executing property-related applications, contracts and all necessary paperwork.
  • You are meticulous and be proactive in following up with agents/government officers on the documentation or approvals required.
  • Monday-Friday. 3 months probation at first, until confirmation. It will be on a permanent, part-time basis. There will be an increment after 3 months probation. Transportation expenses will be reimbursed.

 

Guest Liaison Manager

Do you have a flexible schedule? Do you like meeting people and showing them around? Do you have a caring personality? Would you like to get paid while you improve your English speaking skills?
This is a perfect option for students or someone looking for extra income.

Requirements

  • You are patient and thoughtful.
  • You are a highly reliable and punctual person.
  • You are conversant in either English or Mandarin.
  • You are a native Japanese.
  • You enjoy meeting people from different countries.

Scope

  • You will be arranging and managing guest check-in procedures to ensure they have a smooth check-in.
  • You will be meeting and greeting guests at pre-arranged locations.
  • You will be responsible for handling guest inquiries.
  • You will liaise with guests to ensure they check-out on time.
  • You will request for formal feedback and rating from staying guests.

20 hours minimum per month. 3 months probation at first, until confirmation. It will be on a permanent, part-time basis. There will be an increment after 3 months probation, based on your service rating. Transportation expenses will be reimbursed.

 

Housekeeper

Are you a house proud person? Do you like keeping your house tidy and attractive? Do you like making your home sparkling clean? You are bright and cheerful.

Requirements

  • You are a highly reliable and punctual person.
  • You are a native Japanese.
  • You are careful and neat.
  • You are organized and efficient.

Scope

  • Your duties will include cleaning, laundry, making beds, restock toiletries, emptying the trash etc.
  • You will manage inventory control.
  • You will purchase cleaning supplies and restock toiletries.

Working hours: 11am-3pm, Mon-Sun (about 2 hours per property).
Suitable for someone who needs a second part-time job.
Training will be provided.
